On a hot summer afternoon, the wind carries the salty, mineral freshness of the sea. The path leads into the maquis: rosemary, thyme, myrtle, and cistus release an aromatic, sun-drenched breath.
A pine forest rises and closes in like an embrace, surrounding you with its soft, comforting scent. A pause, a breath — this is summer in Provence. Midi Eternel.
How to use
Let the journey unfold
Our scented candle narrates a walk. To fully discover it, we invite you to let the candle burn for at least one hour, until the wax has melted across the entire surface of the glass. Heated by the flame, the perfume releases its first notes and the journey in Provence begins.
After one to two hours, extinguish the candle but do not cover it with the lid. The warm wax will continue to diffuse other notes, and the scented journey will unfold, revealing new facets of the fragrance.

Faïence d’Apt — mixed clays
A lid by Pascal Mestre
The fine faience lid was created by artist Pascal Mestre, a master of the mixed-clays technique. Each piece is unique, numbered, and signed — its shapes and colours reflecting the story of Midi Eternel.

This ancestral technique, born in Apt in the South of France, draws on the mineral richness of the valley, where clays naturally range from white to black, and from yellow to red. Different clays are blended, then fired, revealing a unique marbled effect throughout the material. A fine transparent glaze is applied after the first firing to enhance texture and depth.
Pascal Mestre continues this tradition with great passion, letting the earth’s colours speak. With its shapes and colours, the lid narrates the story of the perfume: the blazing sun of summer, white limestone, the deep blue of the Mediterranean, and the brown tones of pine needles and cones. A piece of Provence.
