SULÉKÓ SARL is committed to protecting the privacy of the visitors and customers of its website https://www.suleko.com. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- identification and contact details: title, first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number;
- order and account data: products ordered, order history, delivery and billing addresses, login details;
- payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card number;
- newsletter data: your email address when you subscribe;
- technical data: IP address, browser type, and data collected through cookies (see "Cookies" below).
Purposes and legal bases
- processing and delivering your orders and managing your customer account — performance of a contract;
- processing payments and preventing fraud — performance of a contract and legitimate interest;

Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the authorised staff of SULÉKÓ SARL and, where necessary, for the following processors acting on our behalf:
- Stripe, our payment service provider, for the secure processing of payments;
- our shipping and delivery partners, to deliver your orders;
- Mailchimp (Intuit / The Rocket Science Group), for the management of our newsletter;
- Google (Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA), for audience measurement and protection against spam and abuse;
- Amazon Web Services, our website host.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
International transfers
Some of our processors (in particular Stripe, Google and Mailchimp) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place — in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above: customer account and order data for the duration of the business relationship and then for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years for invoices); newsletter data until you unsubscribe; and data collected through cookies for a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. When you subscribe to our newsletter "Above and Beyond Sulékó", your email address is used solely to send you our news and offers. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
